Ginger & Coconut Chicken

You Will Need (8 things)
- 1 Onion
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 3 tbsp Ginger
- 4 Chicken Breast
- Oil
- 2 tins Coconut Milk
- Salt
- Pepper
Steps (5 steps, 60 minutes)

Salt & pepper the chicken breasts.
In a pan with oil fry the chicken for 6-8 mins.
Remove from the pan & set aside.

Add a little more oil to the pan, fry the onion, garlic & ginger together.

Add the coconut milk to the pan.
Turn the heat up, boil for 10 mins until the sauce has thickened.

Heat oven 190 degrees.
Place the chicken & sauce into a dish.
Bake for 10-15 mins until chicken is cooked through.

Serve over rice, cous cous or what ever you like.
