Gin Jelly Trifles

A boozy twist on a jelly trifle

This tasty dessert combines rhubarb gin infused jelly, lemon swiss roll and fresh berries.

You Will Need (5 things)

  • Lemon Swiss Roll
  • 50 mm Warner Edwards Victoria's Rhubarb Gin
  • Fresh Berries
  • 500 ml Water
  • 1 packets Vege Gel

Steps (5 steps, 25 minutes)

    Cut the lemon swiss roll in to 1" thick slices and squeeze into the bottom of your glasses.

    Bring the water to the boil in a sauce pan.

  3. 3

    Add the rhubarb gin and mix in the the Vege-Gel. Remove from the heat.

    Place the fresh berries in to your glasses and pour over the jelly.

  5. 5

    Leave to set for about an hour before serving. You could also top your jellies with fresh cream or custard.
