This cocktail combines West Winds Gin with Chambord, rose liqueur, fresh lemon and soda water for a fruity and floral drink.

You will need

1 ½ oz West Winds Gin ½ oz Chambord Liqueur ½ oz Rose Liqueur or Rosewater ½ oz Simple Syrup ½ Lemon Soda Water

Description

This cocktail combines West Winds Gin with Chambord, rose liqueur, fresh lemon and soda water for a fruity and floral drink.

Instructions

1. 

   Fill a glass with ice and add the West Winds Gin.

2. 

   Stir in the Chambord, rose liqueur or rosewater and simple syrup.

3. 

   Squeeze in the juice from half a lemon.

4. 

   Top with soda water, stir well and serve with a twist of lemon.
