I love his pin-up paintings and most often you see them with a hint of a subtle cat eye and almost no eyeshadow. Adding a sense of whimsy and flirtatiousness to his pieces. Now you can mimick that cute yet 'come hither' look.

Start with your eye completely bare. No primer, shadow, base. Zip.
I used liquid black liner since it gives off a more elegant look than a pencil liner. Start in the middle of the lashes. Wiggle the tip along the base of your lashes and create a dramatic curve upwards.
Now you should have the basic outline. Take a black pencil liner and go over any spots that dont look dark enough.
Then we want to fil in the gap from tear duct to where the liner starts.
Add a touch of pencil liner to the waterline. Only going about halfway in and makiing the line narrower as you get closer.
Mascara,And you're done! :D
