This gift card holder can be used on any occasion such as birthdays and Christmas! I bet you already have most of the stuff somewhere in your house.

Gather all materials needed.
Get your wrapping paper and cut out the shaped of the card stock sheet.
Use the glue stick to apply a thin, even layer on the card stock. (it is best to work in layers rather than gluing the whole sheet at once) Place pre-cut wrapping paper on top. Use a credit card to push out air bubbles as necessary.
Let dry at least 10 minutes on a flat surface with a heavy book on top. Do any touch ups if edges are coming up.
When dry, cut card stock in half length wise. With one side, cut again to desired length. (mine is 7 inches tall and 4 inches wide)
Fold in thirds to make it look like an envelope. Cut the top flap into a curve. Cut inner flap half moon.
Use sewing machine to stitch all the way around. OPTIONAL: Hand stitch all the way around.
Place magnetic tape strip on opening flap.
Place gift card and/or money inside. Decorate with bows and ribbons!
