Made the frame and cameo from polymer clay using molds. I dusted glitter on the frame before baking the clay and used two layers of glaze to seal it. You can use Modge Podge to add more glitter before or after glazing. I glued felt to the back with E6000 so I could sew on the beaded design and attach the pin.
