This is a giant version of the small snack.
Make up the jelly according to the instructions. Line a tin with cling film.
Pour the jelly into a tin the same size as the cake tin your going to use. Set in the fridge until needed.
Cake... Heat oven 180 degrees. Cream butter & sugar together.
Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla.
Add flour & baking powder. Stir through.
Pour into the tin & bake for approximately 30-40 mins until cooked.
Remove from the oven & cool completely.
Level the top of the cake. Place the set jelly on top. You may need to trim the jelly to fit.
Make the chocolate frosting... Melt the chocolate & cream together in a microwave.
Stir to combine. Pour onto the top of the jelly.
Allow to set. Cut into slices & serve.
