I found this fab-u-las tee at a goodwill around the time that the anti-gay amendment was passed in North Carolina. Since I wasn't old enough to protest, I made this dress and Still wear this dress, even if it is a little outdated, I can still show my pride. I used pink sequined elastic and sewed that to the tee shirt below the bust. Then I sewed a yard of rainbow fabric to the elastic when it was streached out as far as it would streach to give it that billowy look.

You will need

1 Tee If you can't find a gay pride shirt, you can always use the design for somthing else, a band tee would look great! Elastic Fabric 1yard should do it
