You can add mozzarella cheese under the crust if you like.

You will need

Bread
1 cup Bread Flour 1/2 cup Hot Water 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tbsp Yeast 1 tbsp oil
Garlic butter
2 tsp Olive Oil 1/4 cup Spring Onion Chopped 4 cloves Garlic Chopped 4 oz Cream Cheese 1/4 cup Butter Softened 1/4 cup Parmigiana Grated 1/4 cup Mayonnaise 1 tsp Garlic Powder Salt Pepper 2 tsp Parsley

Description

Instructions

1. 

   Bread... Knead all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth & soft.

2. 

   Oil bowl & dough with oil, cover for 30 mins to rise.

3. 

   Heat oven 190 degrees. Knead dough again & shape. Place on a tray.

4. 

   Garlic butter... Heat oil, garlic & spring onion until softened. Allow to cool.

5. 

   Mix together cream cheese,butter, parmigiana, mayo, garlic powder, salt, pepper & parsley.

6. 

   Add onion mixture & mix together.

7. 

   Spread the mixture onto the dough.

8. 

   Bake for 10-15 mins.

9. 

   Cut & serve.
