You can use any type of potatoes you like. I've used ordinary white potatoes & sweet potatoes.

You will need

8 Potatoes 4 tbsp Butter Melted 1 cup Parmigiana 1 tbsp Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp Black Pepper 1 tbsp Paprika 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Italian Herbs

Description

You can use any type of potatoes you like. I've used ordinary white potatoes & sweet potatoes.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 200/400 degrees. Cut potatoes almost through. Place in a tray.

2. 

   Pour over melted butter.

3. 

   Combine the parmigiana, garlic, pepper, paprika, salt & herbs.

4. 

   Spoon the mixture onto the potatoes. Bake for 45-60 mins.

5. 

   Sprinkle with parsley. Spoon over the pan juices. Serve.
