Tasty rice & chicken dish. Can be made in advance & reheated when needed.

You will need

1 lb Chicken thighs Salt Pepper 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder 2 tbsp Olive Oil 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes 1/2 cup White Wine 1 1/2 cup Rice 3 cup Chicken Stock 1/2 cup Parmigiano Reggiano 2 tbsp Garlic 1/2 cup Butter

Tasty rice & chicken dish. Can be made in advance & reheated when needed.

Instructions

1. 

   Sprinkle the chicken with salt, pepper & garlic powder. Heat oil. Cook chicken. Remove from the pan.

2. 

   Melt butter. Cook garlic & pepper flakes.

3. 

   Add rice & coat in the butter.

4. 

   Add wine. Let soak in for a few mins.

5. 

   Add chicken stock.

6. 

   Place the chicken back in. Cover & simmer until the rice is cooked.

7. 

   Add the parmigiana. Stir through. Set aside covered for 5 mins

8. 

   Serve.
