Garlic & Miso Mushroom Tagliatelle

Tagliatelle with miso butter, soy and garlic!

You Will Need (9 things)

  • 200 g Tagliatelle
  • 250 g Mushroom(s)
  • Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Miso
  • 4 Cloves Garlic , minced
  • 2 tsp Soy Sauce
  • Parmesan to serve
  • Black Pepper

Steps (8 steps, 15 minutes)

    Bring a pan of water to the boil and add the tagliatelle to cook.

    Scrub and slice the mushrooms and place into your frying pan with a little vegetable oil.

  3. 3

    Saute the mushrooms until golden and then drain out the juice from cooking.

  4. 4

    Add the butter and miso to your frying pan.

  5. 5

    Add the garlic and season with soy sauce.

  6. 6

    Once cooked, drain and stir in the tagliatelle.

  7. 7

    Mix together well before placing in your serving bowls.

  8. 8

    Serve topped with some parmesan and black pepper.
