Easy way to make a nice looking bike bell

You only need some nail polish and a black bike bell. Swab some nail polish with a sliced kitchen sponge on the bell choose some cololors you like for your nebular. Instructions

1. Grab your favorite nail polish and paint it on the bell. You can use a sponge for it.

2. Let it dry.

3. Add some glitter if you like
