1. 

   take two rolls of three...

2. 

   then glue them together with hot glue to make it strong...

3. 

   then tape it to make it more stronger...

4. 

   then keep the other roll above the joined rolls and mark it down to make a hole....

5. 

   it should be like this so that u can push the other roll inside to make it stand...

6. 

   then rap it with the patterns u love...u gotta rap the other roll too...then join them.and here u go.if u want u can decorate it like i added glitter...

7.
