Made this apron from a button down shirt I got at the thrift store for less than a dollar.

Description

Made this apron from a button down shirt I got at the thrift store for less than a dollar.

Instructions

    cut the back of the shirt.

    Cut out 4 strips from the front side of the shirt about 2 inches wide. fold your strips in half and sew them. make sure to leave one side open so you can flip it to to the right side.

    sew the edges of the apron.

    attach the strips onto the apron

    Make a bow and sew it on.

    for the pockets, I used one of the sleeves. I just cut the sleeve in half.

    I gathered the fabric where the top neck strings go because it was a bit too wide (about 2 inches) Made it 1 inch wide so it could fit better.
