You Will Need (5 things)
- Short Crust Pastry
- 4 oz Chocolate
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
Steps (7 steps, 60 minutes)

Heat oven 375/190 degrees
Line pie dish with pastry.
Bake blind for 15 mins.
Remove beans & bake for 5 more mins.

Melt chocolate & butter together.
Once melted together remove from the heat.

Immediately add the sugar.
Stir through.
Leave aside for 3 mins to cool.

Add the eggs & stir through.

Pour the chocolate mixture into the pastry.
Reduce oven temp to 300/170 degrees.

Bake in lower oven shelf for 30 mins.
Move to middle shelf of oven for 10 more mins.

Remove from the oven & cool.
Serve.
