These vodka jelly shots look amazing and they're so easy to make. You could use any kind of fruit you like and get creative by mixing the flavours of jelly and alcohol. Perfect for a party in the summer!

You will need

For cola & strawberry shots:
80 g Strawberry Jelly 5 oz Corky's Sour Cola Cube Vodka 10 oz Boiling Water 5 oz Cold Water 6 limes
For mango & lemon shots:
80 g Lemon Jelly 5 oz Corky's Mango Glitter Vodka 10 oz Boiling Water 5 oz Cold Water 6 Lemons

These vodka jelly shots look amazing and they're so easy to make. You could use any kind of fruit you like and get creative by mixing the flavours of jelly and alcohol. Perfect for a party in the summer!

Instructions

1. 

   Break up the jelly cubes into a bowl.

2. 

   Pour in the boiling water and stir until the jelly has dissolved.

3. 

   Stir in the cold water and vodka.

4. 

   Cut the fruit in half and scoop out the inside so that you're left with the peel.

5. 

   Fill the fruit halves with jelly and refrigerate until set.

6. 

   Cut the fruit slices in half and serve.
