   Glue the bottom seam around the waist line of the emipre shirt.

2. 

   Cut off the bottom seam of the t shirt

3. 

   Cut out fun shapes!

4. 

   like a happy face, or a heart, and stick in fun spots!

5. 

   cut off the collar of the t shirt....

6. 

   And walla! (Ya got your self a wallieburger!) And cute matching headband!
