Chain 120 stitches or to desired length. Join the chain as you are going to crochet in the round taking care not to twist the foundation chain.
Row 1 ... Chain 3 serves as first triple crochet ... Triple crochet in each stitch around. Row 2...Chain 2 serves as first Double crochet...Double crochet around in each stitch
Row 3 and 4 repeat row 1
Row 5... repeat row 2 Row 6...repeat row 1
add fringe..cut six inch strands of yarn. Take 3 strands and add fringe to the cowl in every other stitch.
