I made these for my son's teachers this year for Holiday gifts and they were a huge hit!! By using Triple and Double crochet stitches it whips up in no time! Plus here is another stash busting project to use up leftover yarn! Here I used Debbie Bliss "Winter Garden" and Noro "Obi"

You will need

Color A Debbie Bliss Winter Garden or any other Chunky weight Yarn 1 skein any color 2 Noro Obi 1 Ball Yarn Crochet Hook J

Instructions

1. 

   Chain 120 stitches or to desired length. Join the chain as you are going to crochet in the round taking care not to twist the foundation chain.

2. 

   Row 1 ... Chain 3 serves as first triple crochet ... Triple crochet in each stitch around. Row 2...Chain 2 serves as first Double crochet...Double crochet around in each stitch

3. 

   Row 3 and 4 repeat row 1

4. 

   Row 5... repeat row 2 Row 6...repeat row 1

5. 

   add fringe..cut six inch strands of yarn. Take 3 strands and add fringe to the cowl in every other stitch.
