These bracelets are "finger crocheted." It probably would work braiding to. You can use 2 colors at once to make a different design (picture 2). If you want to make it softer you can you more of a softer yarn (picture 3). If you want to make friendship necklaces you can just make it longer to. I was planning on maybe putting some charms on it, I have just not gotten around to it.
