1 plantains enough Oil to coat the pan thoroughly

Easy Spanish snack or side dish

Instructions

1. Heat the oil

2. While you're waiting for that, peel and cut the plantains

3. Add the plantains to the oil

4. Brown on one side, then flip and brown the other side

5. Remove from the heat immdiatly and put on paper towel. Pat off excess oil
