This classic cocktail combines Opihr Oriental Spiced Gin with lemon juice with simple syrup and is topped with champagne for a sparkling indulgent fizz.

You will need

½ oz Simple Syrup Lemon Champagne Ice 1 oz Opihr Oriental Spiced Gin Cocktail Shaker

This classic cocktail combines Opihr Oriental Spiced Gin with lemon juice with simple syrup and is topped with champagne for a sparkling indulgent fizz.

Instructions

1. 

   Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in the Opihr Oriental Spiced Gin and simple syrup.

2. 

   Squeeze in the juice from half a lemon.

3. 

   Shake well and strain into a champagne flute.

4. 

   Top with champagne.

5. 

   Serve with a lemon twist.
