Frangipane Flip

A frangipane tart inspired cocktail!

Inspired by a frangipane tart, this unique flip combines Beckett's Gin with amaretto, fresh lemon, simple syrup and egg white for a frothy cocktail with a ground almond coated rim.

You Will Need (6 things)

  • 2 oz Beckett's London Dry Gin
  • 1 oz Amaretto
  • ¼ oz Simple Syrup
  • Juice from half a Lemon
  • 1 Egg Whites
  • Ground Almonds to rim

Steps (5 steps, 5 minutes)

    Rim a cocktail glass with ground almonds by wetting the edge and then spinning it through the ground almond so it sticks.

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the gin, egg white, amaretto and simple syrup.

    Squeeze in the juice from half a lemon.

  4. 4

    Shake well and then strain into your cocktail glass.

    Serve and enjoy!
