Dear Ukers...a cup is an actual measurement used mostly in the US and you can find out how many grams are in one by googling it. Tis very confusing when you don't know. You can buy measuring cups over here
Oh goodness-- I was so excited to try out this recipe, and it sounded so easy! I made everything according your recipe, but perhaps I'm just not as skilled as you. (: They would not, could not fold. They kept coming out of the oven just looking like hot, molten sugar, and when they hardened they were clear, not opaque. Any idea on what I may have done wrong? (I think it might have been the oven temperature. I can't read what's after the "350"... is it in centigrade or farenheit?)
All temperatures are in centigrade, sorry - this one got messed up when I changed server and the C was removed.

You have to fold the dough at exactly the right time, when the edges first start to turn golden, and fold it very quickly. I've amended the recipe so that this is more obvious. I hope it works out better for you next time.
