I saw a lot of the cutting corners bookmarks and I remember making those as a kid and loving it!! I saw somewhere a trick to make those same bookmarks but folding them. I love video games so I thought I'd make a Legend of Zelda theme one: The Triforce.
I saw a lot of the cutting corners bookmarks and I remember making those as a kid and loving it!! I saw somewhere a trick to make those same bookmarks but folding them. I love video games so I thought I'd make a Legend of Zelda theme one: The Triforce.
Gather supplies: I used two pieces of origami paper- one yellow and one black glue scissors
Folded the yellow piece in half diagonally then unfold. Now fold diagonally in the other direction. You should have a X
With your scissors cut one of the triangles. (We only need 3 for the Triforce >.<)
Flip the paper over so yellow is facing down. Fold one side down.
Add glue to the side you just folded down.
Now glue the other side down. You should now have a triangle with an opening at the bottom.
Fold your black paper the same way like in Step 2.
Cut the black paper the same way like in Step 3.
Now take the triangle you just cut fold in half and then fold in fourths. Cut one triangle out. You should now have a small black triangle.
Glue the small black triangle upside down on the front of your big yellow triangle.
Now you're done and have your very own Triforce bookmark!!
