Easy to make but a little back & fourth. It's worth the wait.
In a pan heat the oil, garlic, thyme & pepper. Set aside.
In a bowl combine the water, yeast & honey. Let sit for 5 mins.
Add one cup of flour & 1/4 cup of garlic oil to the yeast mixture. Stir 4 times until the flour is moist. Let sit for 5 mins.
Add the remaining flour & salt. Stir until the dough comes together.
Pour onto a worktop & knead for 10-15 times.
Place into an oiled bowl & cover. Leave for approximately 1 hr.
Heat oven 230 degrees. Brush the tray with some of the remaining oil. Press the dough into the tray. Press fingers into the dough. Set aside to rise for a further 20 mins.
Pour over the remaining oil. Bake for 15-20 mins until golden brown.
Serve.
