These are the lightest, fluffy pancakes I have ever tasted. They are easy to make.

You will need

1 1/2 cup Milk 1/4 cup Vinegar
Dry ingredients
2 cup Flour 1/2 cup Sugar 2 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Bicarbonate Of Soda 1/2 tsp Salt
Other ingredients
2 Eggs 4 tbsp Butter Melted 2 tsp Vanilla

Description

These are the lightest, fluffy pancakes I have ever tasted. They are easy to make.

Instructions

1. 

   Mix the milk & vinegar together. Leave to sit for 10 mins.

2. 

   Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl.

3. 

   Mix the eggs into the milk mixture.

4. 

   Add the butter & vanilla into the milk mixture.

5. 

   Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Let sit for 3 mins.

6. 

   Spoon the mixture into a hot pan. Cook until bubbles reach the top of the surface. Flip over & cook through.

7. 

   Serve.
