Instructions

1. 

   cut the felt

2. 

   like this

3. 

   add the glue

4. 

   roll

5. 

   like this

6. do the same

7. 

   add the ring. this is where the chain would stick

8. 

   stick them all, and AH don't forget the chain

9. 

   tada
