You Will Need (8 things)

  • OPTIONAL: Glitter
  • Magazine(s) , Decorative Paper, Wrapping Paper, Etc.
  • A Pen
  • Paint Brush
  • PVA Glue
  • Scissors
  • Cardboard
  • Canvas

Steps (12 steps, 150 minutes)

  1. 1

Here are all the things you will need!

  2. 2

First you will need to make a template to trace around to make all of your flowers. I glued a flower shaped piece of paper onto a piece of cardboard, then cut it out.

  3. 3

Now your ready to start cutting! Choose a piece of magazine with the right colour that you want on it and then turn it over and trace around your flower template. Make sure you trace it on the side that you want to be glued to the canvas because otherwise you will have pen marks on the side that will be seen.

  4. 4

Now cut around your flower shape.

  5. 5

turn your flower over to the right side and there you have 1 flower!!!

  6. 6

Repeat until you think you have enough to cover your whole canvas (including the sides!)

  7. 7

Now brush some PVA glue around the edges of the canvas.Start sticking flowers around the edges of the canvas.

  8. 8

  9. 9

Start gluing the backs of flowers and sticking them over the canvas. Make sure there are no gaps where you can see the canvas. Mine didn't matter as much because I was using an old canvas painting that was pink so you couldn't really tell.

  10. 10

keep covering until done and then brush over some extra PVA glue and try to flatten out any bumps in the paper. This will also make it shinier. Remember the PVA glue goes on white and drys clear!

  11. 11

OPTIONAL -I dotted on spots of glue and then sprinkled glitter over to make it look cooler! Or you can just leave it as is.

  12. 12

    See! and your DONE!!
