So I made a new one ^_^ ~PLEASE READ ALL THESE TIPS BEFORE STARTING~ * There are FOUR pages to the Pattern. Make sure you get all of them, and print them out so they fill a whole printer page. * When you see and /\ on the pattern, it is there as a referance for lining up different points of two piece of the pattern, that didnt fit on the same page.

Print out all FOUR pages of the pattern. Cut out from paper. Tape pieces of the pattern together that wouldn't fit on the same page. ~Includes~ Tie Strap (2 pieces) Hat (3 pieces) Use the /\'s to help line up pattern pieces. Pin to the fabric. Either cut around the pattern, or use chalk/marker to outline the pattern then cut out. ***Note*** My Hat ended up being to small for my head! Make sure this doesnt happen to you by enlarging the Pattern for the Hat by 1 inch or more if you think you might have a big head, lol. Remember, you can always make it smaller, but you cant make it bigger once you start!
Here is what you cut from each fabric From Lime Green Fleece (aka Fabric #1) - One Full Hat Piece (patterns 1-3) From Light Blue Fleece (aka Fabric #2) - One Full Hat Piece (patterns 1-3) - Two Full Tie Strap - Eight Spikes From White Felt - Two Teeth - Two Smaller Eyes From Black Felt - Two Larger Eyes
Pin Tie Straps closed (seperatly) so that the right sides are facing in. Then sew across the bottom, and up the open side. Turn then right side out. (chop sticks or a pencil help with this) Repeat for the other Tie Strap and set both aside. Pin 2 Spike pieces together, with right sides facing together. Sew up one side and down the other leaving the bottom open. Turn each spike right side out. Sew about 1.5 inches towards the middle, from each end of the bottom. Leaving a good size hole that you push your stuffing into. When its a stuffed as youd like it, finish sewing up the bottom. Repeat for all Spikes and set all Four Spikes aside.
Take the Full Hat piece cut from the Light Blue Fleece (aka Fabric #2)and pin the two pleets closed, and sew closed. Fold Full Hat piece in half, with right sides facing together and pin. (Starting at the area of the forehead) Sew up and over the Full Hat piece until you reach the fold. * Dont sew the bottom closed!
Take the Full Hat piece cut from the Lime Green Fleece (aka Fabric #1)and pin the two pleets closed, and sew closed. Lay the Full Hat piece out flat, then take the Spikes and pin to the Full Hat piece, facing downward. (because your going to turn it right side out later.) Place Spikes around the head, to see if you like the layout. My spikes ended up being large. So I only wanted three Spikes. If you want smaller ones, just adjust the size of the pattern.
Pin the rest of the Full Hat piece together and(Starting at the area of the forehead) Sew up and over the Full Hat piece until you reach the fold. * Dont sew the bottom closed!
Flip the Light Blue Hat inside-out, pin Tie Straps to the right side of the hat and sew. Flip the Lime Green Hat with attached Spikes right-side-out. Place inside the Light Blue Hat. Line up the edges and pin both hats together. Make sure you tuck the just sewn Tie Straps in between both hats (like the spikes are)
Sew around the edges of the Hats. leaving about a 2.5 inch gap at the back of the Hat.
Now go around the edges and carefully notch out the edges. Cutting out a small triangle along the curves of the Hat. *Make sure to not cut your seam! This will help make the outside lay flat when you flip it :)
Once sewn, unpin the Hat and carefully reach inside the hole and pull out the Spikes and Tie Straps so that the Lime Green Hat is now right-side-out. Straighten out all the edges, and pin them so they lay down flat. Also pin the hole you used to flip the Hat so that it matches the edges of the rest of the Hat.
Sew a top stitch all around the edge of the Hat. This helps to keep everything flat and looking finished.
Here is a close up ot the top stitch!
Now you can hot glue on your eyes and teeth! Ta-Da! Now you can wear it around with pride!!
