You Will Need (5 things)
- 1 cup Butternut Squash , peeled and diced into ½ inch cubes
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt
- ½ oz Smoked Dulse
- 1 oz Pecorino or Parmesan
Steps (5 steps, 15 minutes)

Saute butternut squash in 1 tablespoon olive oil until soft and just brown, cool slightly.

Roll out dough and brush with remaining olive oil and season with salt.

Top dough with squash and half the dulse.

Bake or cook on stovetop until cooked through.

Remove from heat and top with remaining dulse and cheese. Serve immediately.
