Super Flashy Fancy Shades for Super Duper Cheap. :) Go wild with some gems and old shades you have laying around. I purchased some gems from target because they were SUPER cheap and decided to create something unique. I was listening to a song called Fancy and I love things over the top so create your own version I would love to see it.

Instructions

  1. Small p7210874 1279773100

Collect all of your supplies. I started with super glue and then decided to use a hot glue gun instead.

  2. Small p7210879 1279773215

Add a thick layer of glue to the top of your shades. Add glue a small section at a time so that you can add the gems before the glue dries.

  3. Small p7210877 1279773358

Go wild and add a bunch of gems before the glue in that section dries. Keep working your way around your shades.

  4. Small p7210881 1279773562

Keep going. :)I wasn't to concerned with each side being exactly the same but it you are more of a perfectionist then me feel free. The easiest thing to do would be to add a gem to each side and work your way toward the center.

  5. Small close 1279773602

Finish your shades by completly covering them in gems. The more the better. I added gems to the sides of my shades as well.

Super Flashy and Fancy. All Done rock out and enjoy. This project cost me $1.00 in new gems from target and the shades were about to get tossed in good will when I decided to go wild. Enjoy more projects to come.
