Cut one gill of the fish so that the inside is revealed using the craft knife.
Jam the eye pin through the gill and out through the mouth. Form loop at front of mouth using round-nosed pliers.
Put small bead on eye pin. Attach to loop in front of mouth. Form loop at other end of beaded pin.
Keep up the good work with slightly larger bead.
...And again. (But a bit bigger this time.)
Repeat step 2 but this time at the other end of the fish.
Attach lobster clasp and large split ring onto chain using small split rings and pliers.
Attach chain to loop at the end of the fish using split ring and pliers.
Attach other chain to end of bubbles using split ring and pliers.
Tada!
