Fish tacos are healthy and delicious. This fresh and cool meal is perfect for the hot summer.

You Will Need (15 things)

  • Shredded Cabbage
  • Corn Tortillas
  • Pico de Gallo

  • 3 Roma Tomatoes seeded and diced
  • ½ diced Onion
  • chopped Cilantro
  • Salt
  • Lime Juice
  • Dill Mayo

  • Mayonnaise
  • Dill fresh or dry
  • squirt of Lime Juice
  • FIsh

  • Tilapia fillets
  • Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipolte Seasonings

Steps (4 steps, 30 minutes)

    Start by preparing the pico de gallo. In a small bowl combine diced tomatoes, onions, cilantro, salt, and lime juice. Mixed together well and refrigerate till needed.

    Prepare dill mayo by combining the mayo, dill, and lime juice. Mixe well and refrigerate till needed.

    Season fish and then pan fry in some olive oil till cooked through.

    Heat up your tortillas on a hot griddle and then pile on cabbage, pico de gallo, mayo and fish. Enjoy!
