Finger Weave Bracelet

A jersey bracelet made using fingerweaving. Very cute!

I got the idea from http://www.vanessachristenson.com/2011/03/v-and-co-how-to-jersey-knit-bracelet.html. I used the tutorial on Youtube to get a better idea of how to do it. Tips: 1) Make sure the fabric you use isn't too thick. Best is t-shirt fabric that stretches and rolls in on itself (frayed edges will disappear by themselves!) 2) Cut the strips first, better too many than having to cut while the weaving is on your hand (learned this the hard way). Adding extra strips while weaving is not that much of an issue. 3) If it doesn't look great after it's done, you can stretch it and mold it a bit so it will look better. I had fun, it was relatively easy and my girlfriend thinks it looks great (she likes chunky bracelets). On the Vanessa Christenson blog they have made them using 2, 3 or 4 fingers so if this is too chunky for you, make sure you look at that website to see the other options. Mine was the 4 finger one, simply because that's what they used in the video tutorial.
