Fig & Ginger Flip

This cocktail combines Kings Ginger liqueur with fresh figs, gin and egg white for a frothy and sweet flip.

You will need

Ice 1 Fig 1 oz Kings Ginger Liqueur 2 oz Gin ½ oz Simple Syrup 1 Egg White

Description

This cocktail combines Kings Ginger liqueur with fresh figs, gin and egg white for a frothy and sweet flip.

Instructions

1. 

   Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and scrape in the filling of the fig.

2. 

   Add the Kings Ginger liqueur.

3. 

   Add the gin and simple syrup.

4. 

   Add the white from an egg.

5. 

   Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.

6. 

   Serve with a slice of fig.
