These quinoa burgers are filled with feta, sweetcorn, shredded carrot, wholegrain mustard and lots of spices for a super tasty snack.
These quinoa burgers are filled with feta, sweetcorn, shredded carrot, wholegrain mustard and lots of spices for a super tasty snack.
Cook the quinoa.
Mix the feta and sweetcorn into the quinoa.
Add the paprika and herbs and season with salt and pepper.
Grate in the carrots and mix in the mustard.
Toast the slices of bread and then blitz in the blender until crumbly. Add the dried rosemary.
Stir half of the breadcrumbs into the burger mix.
Form the burgers into four patties and coat with the remaining breadcrumbs.
Grill for around 8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Serve on a toasted muffin or burger bun.
Top with relish and enjoy!
