For the face I used soft transparent plastic canvas that I bought in furniture fabrics shop. But you can take transparent plastic canvas anywhere where you can find it: plastic covers, plastic bags, plastic bottles, etc.

Print and cut pattern. Cut from felt the front and the back parts of the man. Carve the circle (face) only on front part.
Download the "face" and print it on paper. (Also you can draw yours the same size.) Cut the circle from plastic the same size as paper face.
Put the front part of the man wrong side up, apply glue (with Glue Gun) next to the edge of a hole and glue the circle from plastic. Then apply Super Glue to the edge of the plastic circle and glue the paper face.
Now stitch the man. Put both parts of the man face sides to each other, and sew, leaving open place between the legs. Turn inside out through the not sewn hole. Do this very CAREFULLY so as not to crumple paper. Or you can sew both parts by folding them wrong sides to each other, making a neat seam. In any case, leave the not sewn place for padding.
Fill with wadding through the open hole. And sew up the hole by invisible stitches.
The Felt Man is ready!
