Although my husband and I don't have any children, I love sewing plushies for family and friends kids. It always gives me great pleasure to see these stuffed animals years later looking all raggedy and well loved. I designed and made these fox pillows for family in Norway. I'd like to think that they've been taken out into the woods on walks by now.

Print the pattern on to 2 sheets of A4 sized freezer paper. Make sure to print the pattern on the matt side. Place a cutting board underneath the freezer paper and cut out fox template.
Place your freezer paper shiny side down on felt. Use a dry iron adhere the paper to the felt.
Paint over fox template. I used grey paint to outline the fox and red paint for the nose and ears.
When the paint has dried, cut the felt along dotted line and remove freezer paper. Use the front piece as a template to cut back of fox pillow.
With right sides facing, sew a ½ “ seam, Leaving an opening at the base of pillow wide enough to stuff the fox pillow.
Trim excess felt around corners.
I used some grey thread to add a few running stitches on its face and tail.
Lastly, stuff the pillow and sew the base. You now have a completed fox plushie!
