- Elastic Band(s)
- Thread And Needle
- Assorted Colors Felt

Steps (7 steps, 20 minutes)

1
Start by making paper templates of circles and flowers. Mix and match colors, get funky with it!
-
2
When you have a few layers made, hot glue youre design together and you can choose to embellish with a button stitch if you wish.
-
3
Once you have settled on a few you like set them aside and get your hot glue gun and elastic band ready.
-
4
Use a glue safe surface when using hot glue. I chose to add a little bow I created, with or without its still adorable. You could use a button or knick-knack.
-
5
Start glueing the biggest flower where you want the main focus. Also consider the angle. Follow with the two smaller flowers on each side.
-
6
Glue a safety strap on the back to keep flowers fastened to the band. Keep in there youre almost done!

TA-DA!!
You can fasten it together many ways, cheapest/fastest would be safety pinning to ends together. Durable/ time consuming would be sewing a button on one end and making a "slit" (be sure to sew it).
