I saw this somewhere in a magazine.
The colours I used aren't great but they are leftovers from a scarf I made. Didn't have anything else.

You Will Need (5 things)

- Bubble Wrap or sushi mat
Steps (6 steps, 30 minutes)
-
1
Gather your supplies.

2
Put the cutter on the foam and fill it evenly with wool.
-
3

You can stop here or use hot water and soap to make the felt stronger.
Put half a teaspoon in a cup of hot water. Put down your shape on a sushi mat or a piece of bubble wrap.

Carefully roll it up and gently roll it between your hands. Open it after 10 seconds and turn your project and roll it up again. Repeat a couple of times. It will shrink it. When done, wash out the soap and let dry.
