I just had some scrap foamboard laying around. I just cut out a circle and stitched the arm to it rather than to the body. Worked out pretty well and I'm glad you like it!

The arms were sewn to circular pieces of foam board and inserted through a very tiny "x" cut on each side (from the inside). The mouth is actually attached with an adhesive since I didn't want any thread showing (and I wasn't sure how else to do that at the time). Also, the stuffing hole (and hole used to turn him inside-out, since he was sewn that way) is on his back under the cd pouch.
Out of all the domo versions this ones thee best!
