Please, excuse my grammar and vocab, I'm from germany ;)

Instructions

1. 

   First, check if there's everything you need.

2. 

   Take your first feather and stick through it. (It would be better to use a thread in the same colour...)Then make a double knot.

3. 

   Next, thread it to a link of the chain and make a double knot again. Cut the ends of the thread and point a bit glue for secure.

4. 

   Now it has to look like this. So do with the other feathers.

5. 

   I took a longer one for the bottom.

6. 

   Ready to wear!
