I was looking for an inexpensive way to update my kitchen. I had some 1950's womens' magaines and there were lots of very colorful advertisements. I cut the ads into 2x2 inch squares and attached them to the wall like tile using Mod Podge. I think it turned out great. The only cost was for the Mod Podge.
