Faux Loaf (As We Call It, "Floaf")

Steps (2 steps, 50 minutes)

Preheat oven to 350'
In a large bowl, mix together:
16 oz container of cottage cheese
1 cup walnuts, finely chopped
1 to 2 cups french fried onions, crushed
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup olive oil
1 sleeve of saltine crackers, crushed
salt, pepper, garlic, to taste -

After everything is mixed up really well, prepare a loaf pan with a little olive oil or spray or butter, etc.
Bake for 50 minutes and serve as you would meat loaf.This tastes especially good with steak sauce!
The next time I make this, I think I'm going to try adding a cup of shredded cheddar to the mix; or maybe I'll used cheddar flavored french fried onions.
Regardless, Floaf is yummy nummy-licious!!
