Instructions

1. To Make Fast and Fashionable Accessories Apply the glue to each surface first and allow it to sit for 2 to 10 minutes before sticking the pieces together. Glue cabochons to bobby pins, ring blanks, and eye hooks.

2. Once cabochon is glued to its respective notion, let it dry for at least 24 hours.
