A fascinator hat made out of a shoulder pad I removed from the dress I'm wearing in the picture. Added some hand-sewn tool, pearl beads, and lace trimming to the mix and I give you.. a shoulder for your head!

You will need

sewn in the back against the tool Pearl Beads 1 yd or less for the back of the hat. folded and sewn into a desired shape Tool 1 yd or less, as long as it trims the rim of the shoulder pad Lace Trim 1 preferably already colored. Shoulder Pad
