Indian. Magic.
Indian. Magic.
Picture of necessary supplies
The piece of elastic needs to be long enough to wrap around your head COMFORTABLY! C'mon peeps we're gonna be partying in these. Then you'll need to sew the two ends together SECURELY. It sucks when these things break. :'(
Make dang sure it fits nice and lovely.
Grab your cereal box and start cutting out a triangle shape (if confused look on next pic) on the corner (this is so the headdress nicely fits around your head.)
Now place the triangle up to your head and look in the mirror, think about how you want your headdress to look and whether or not that's a great size!
I glued on scrap fabric, just for extra bondage. Do as you please. In this picture I have begun the GLORIOUS application of feathers using a hot glue gun. yay!
Next, I applied some feathers on the back.
I went back around the front with some ornamental "baby" feathers. :)
Second to last, I glued on a plastic flower I got from the dollarstore. It's quite hideous and lovely. Last as you'll see I glued a little charm in the middle of the flower for decor of course! :)
Then you're done my lovelies. Happy experimentation. Love!
