1 Bottlecap Lace/ Fabric Glue Picture of fangirlobject 1 Ring 1 Stickers

Instructions

1. 

   Cover a picture with a bubble sticker and glue it into a bottlecap, gather a piece of lace or fabric and glue it on to the back, add a ring and it's done!
