Sooo.. My boyfriend's mom collects Russian nesting dolls. And after a lot of pondering, I decided that I could make her a personalized set of dolls with her whole family as the doll characters. I ordered blank nesting dolls from a seller on Amazon, and then I painted the whole family (Dad, Mom, Oldest Son[my boyfriend,] Youngest Son, and Petey the Pug) with acrylic paint. I also included a little bird in his mom's hand(she has a pet parrot that she carries around all over the house.) I'm really happy with how they turned out and I hope that she likes them! Now I'm thinking of making my mom and grandma a set as well for their birthdays. Questions and Comments are welcome!
